Blend of two parcels from Sur Lays & En Champaux vines over 30 years old, carefully harvested with a lot of hand selection to ensure the best grape quality, whole cluster in the bottle of the vat, then aged in steel vat for 10 months before bottling, that's the result of a Trousseau expressing his best ripeness and concentration offering red fruit flavors such as strawberries and raspberries, with a hint of spices with elegant tannin and some freshness

Under Damien’s leadership since 2002, the domaine cultivates iconic Jura varieties like Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard with precision and care. Trained in Burgundy and renowned wineries worldwide, Damien brings a wealth of expertise to his craft, revealing the unique terroirs of Jura. The estate has been biologically converting since 2016, with 2019 marking its first certified biodynamic vintage.
