La Bulle Libre Meunier Tu Dors 2022

The name of this cuvée is a reference to an old French nursery rhyme. Meunier Tu Dors 2022 is a unique cuvée that will never be produced again. It also marks Romain's first zero dosage Champagne under a new domain name : La Bulle Libre. This cuvée comes from a plot of vines over 50 years old, located in the heart of the limestone hillsides of Aÿ. Aged on lees for a year, it is a Champagne with aromas of ripe yellow plum, fresh brioche, quince paste and a smoky note of chalk. The bubbles are fine and persistent. It finishes with zesty notes of lemon and a minerality that highlights the often overlooked finesse of Meunier.
