Domaine Damien Courbet, rooted in winemaking since 1869, is a 7-hectare estate in the prestigious Château-Chalon appellation of Jura. Under Damien’s leadership since 2002, the domaine cultivates iconic Jura varieties like Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard with precision and care. Trained in Burgundy and renowned wineries worldwide, Damien brings a wealth of expertise to his craft, revealing the unique terroirs of Jura. The estate has been biologically converting since 2016, with 2019 marking its first certified biodynamic vintage.
