Les Chanterèzes, a western-facing, cool exposure vineyard on the edge of the forest. A large percentage of the soil is of chalky limestone with very little exposed clay. It is a late-ripening terroir, ideal for retaining high natural acidity, essential for producing fine crémant. Aged on its lees for 28 months, it is disgorged with no dosage three years after the grapes were harvested, that offers citrusy, white fruits, pears flavor profile with fine and delicate bubbles

Under Damien’s leadership since 2002, the domaine cultivates iconic Jura varieties like Chardonnay, Savagnin, Trousseau, and Poulsard with precision and care. Trained in Burgundy and renowned wineries worldwide, Damien brings a wealth of expertise to his craft, revealing the unique terroirs of Jura. The estate has been biologically converting since 2016, with 2019 marking its first certified biodynamic vintage.
