Founded in 2015 by Raphaël and Hannah Piconnet, Domaine de Bichery lies in Neuville-sur-Seine in the heart of the Côte des Bar. With 8 hectares of organically farmed vines, the estate produces limited cuvées that showcase the region’s unique terroir, while also contributing to the local cooperative.

Raphaël, a Côte des Bar native, and Hannah, originally from Germany, share a vision of crafting distinctive Champagnes. By blending their expertise from Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Switzerland, they focus on expressing terroir through small single-vineyard wines and innovative blends, creating a modern legacy rooted in tradition.
