

A Brut Nature Blanc de Noirs made of Pinot Noir from different parcels of the domaine : Les Mées, Val Ligé and La Fontaine du Noyer. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts, 45% in barrels and 55% in stainless steel vats. Undergo a natural malolactic fermentation, then aged on the lees. Only 3605 bottles & 120 Magnums produced.

Raphaël, a Côte des Bar native, and Hannah, originally from Germany, share a vision of crafting distinctive Champagnes. By blending their expertise from Burgundy, Bordeaux, and Switzerland, they focus on expressing terroir through small single-vineyard wines and innovative blends, creating a modern legacy rooted in tradition.
