

This is a Brut Nature Rosé from a blend of 15% of Pinot Noir as Saignée and 85% of Pinot Noir as Blanc de Noirs. The grapes used for the Saigneé proportion are harvested 10 days later to gain a higher ripeness. Naturally fermented with wild yeasts, 30% in barrels and 70% in stainless steel vats. Undergo a natural malolactic fermentation, then aged on the lees. Only 3234 bottles & 120 Magnums produced.
