About Les Frères Mignon
The two brothers, Florent and Julien, are the latest generation of a long-standing family of champagne growers. In 2014, they made the decision to produce their own label, and 2016 marked their first harvest, with the assistance of their father in this new venture. They were fortunate to inherit parcels in the finest areas of La Côte des Blancs - a parcel in the Grand Cru of Avize from their mother's family side, and a parcel in the Grand Cru of Cramant and the Premier Cru of Cuis from their father's family side. The entire estate consists of 90% Chardonnay and 10% Pinot Noir. The new generation in Champagne to keep an eye on.
