

Dits-Lieux is a Brut Nature champagne produced by Thibaud Brocard in the Côte des Bar. It is a blend of 75% Pinot Noir, 20% Pinot Blanc, and 5% Chardonnay from ten separate plots on three hills. Aged 90% in stainless steel vats and 10% in barrels, its profile is marked by a lively freshness and pure minerality supported by aromas of pale stone fruits. The result is a harmonious, precise, and supple texture, without any heaviness.
