Cider Extra Brut Korrigans Frères de Pomme is made with organic apples from Normandy (Orne/Cotentin) harvested by hand, then aged in Champagne. After pressing on site, the juice is aged for 11 months on lees in barrels, before undergoing natural fermentation and aging on slats. A fine bubble with warm apple aromas, revealing a crisp and lively palate driven by beautiful acidity. A local product sought after by lovers of fine ciders. Disgorged in October 2025.
