Vin de France Ze-ro

Thibaud Capellaro is a young and innovative winemaker in the Rhône Valley, specializing in organic and natural wines. Since 2018, he has carved his own path between the renowned appellations of Condrieu, Côte-Rôtie, and St-Joseph, embracing challenges in some of France’s steepest vineyards. With a passion for wine, he left his business studies behind to acquire 2 hectares of vines, often overlooked for their less favorable exposures. Yet, Thibaud’s bet on these parcels, coupled with rising temperatures, has proven fruitful, yielding wines that reflect his bold, forward-thinking approach.

In addition to his personal vineyard, Thibaud runs a micro-negoce called Slope, sourcing organic grapes from the Rhône, Ardèche, Monts du Lyonnais, Gard, and even Piemonte. His wines are a blend of authenticity, depth, and ambition, revealing a fresh, modern perspective on winemaking in the region.
