Pierre Deville’s Rosé de Saignée La Blanche Voie 2022 is crafted exclusively from Pinot Noir grapes grown in the La Blanche Voie vineyard, planted in 1968 on Verzy’s Grand Cru terroir. This macerated rosé blends the freshness of wild strawberries with the complexity of sweet spices. A short 12-hour maceration lends it both color and a satiny texture, while aging entirely in oak barrels adds structure and depth. With remarkable mineral tension, it captivates with its balance of fruity power and a lingering salty finish—a gastronomic rosé of exceptional precision.

Verzy - Montagne de Reims

Pierre Deville, located in the Grand Cru village of Verzy in the Montagne de Reims, has cultivated vines for four generations. Since 1963, the family has proudly produced Champagnes under their name. Today, Alban Corbeaux, the founder’s great-grandson, leads the domaine with a commitment to biodynamic farming and minimal intervention, ensuring respect for the terroir.

With 5 hectares exclusively in Verzy Grand Cru, the estate grows 60% Chardonnay and 40% Pinot Noir. Alban represents a new generation of winemakers, blending family traditions with a modern touch to create exceptional Champagnes that honor Verzy’s unique heritage.
