Saint Aubin - Burgundy
Domaine Bonnardot was founded in 1981 by Élisabeth Bonnardot in Bonnencontre, rooted in a rich Burgundian winemaking tradition dating back to 1470. Trained in oenology and mentored by organic wine pioneer Jules Chauvet, Élisabeth brought a modern approach to viticulture. Her sons, Ludovic and Emilien, took over the estate in 2005, continuing their mother’s commitment to organic and biodynamic farming. Today, they manage 15 hectares, 18 appellations, and over 50 parcels, primarily in Santenay and the Hautes Côtes de Beaune, with the cellar located in the heart of Saint Aubin. Though not certified, the domaine is fully biodynamic.
