Founded in 2010 by Victor Beau, Domaine Inebriati began with just 2 hectares inherited from his biodynamic pioneer father. Located in the northernmost part of Pic-Saint-Loup, this 7-hectare estate thrives amidst the garrigue and limestone hills, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate and meticulous organic care.

Victor’s winemaking philosophy embraces minimal intervention: nothing added, no new oak, and a focus on showcasing forgotten Southern grape varieties. Each cuvée, bearing mythological names, captures the vibrant fruit and distinctive terroir of this iconic Languedoc region.
