20% Gamay & 80% Mondeuse on a South and Southwest facing vineyard on full « Moraine Glacier Soils », 90% de-stemmed with 10 days of maceration, then aged one year in 350L 2-year aged barrels. Methone is a combination of intense, concentrated and structured wine, yet with a silk texture, fruits are polished with fresh and delicate red fruit flavors ending with a touch of meatiness rising the complexity of the wine, a must try for adventurous wine lovers.

About Domaine Les Aricoques

Frangy - Haute Savoie

Domaine Les Aricoques, located in Frangy, Haute-Savoie, was established in 2021 by Romain Dupont and Guillaume Bellon. This 4.8-hectare estate is in conversion to organic farming, celebrating local varieties such as Altesse, Roussette, Jacquère, Mondeuse, and Gamay. The vineyard’s unique moraine glacière soils and southern exposure at 500 meters altitude yield concentrated, high-quality wines. Named after the local nickname “Frangypans,” Domaine Les Aricoques reflects the passion and terroir of the region.
