Éric and Martine Rodez lead an 8th-generation Champagne legacy in Ambonnay, Montagne de Reims, with roots dating back to 1757. Their 6.12-hectare estate, subdivided into 35 parcels, features 62% Pinot Noir and 38% Chardonnay planted at 130 meters altitude—an ideal terroir for producing exceptional Pinot Noir.

Éric’s expertise, honed during his tenure as an oenologist at Champagne Krug, shines in the depth and character of his blends. Committed to organic farming, the Rodez family’s approach combines tradition with innovation. The 9th generation, Mickaël and Aurélie, now carry forward this extraordinary Champagne-making heritage.
