Puligny-Montrachet Les Nosroyes

Domaine Thomas-Collardot, established in 2010, is a relatively new name in Puligny-Montrachet, following three generations of winemaking. Jacqueline inherited the 2.5ha vineyard from her father Pierre Thomas, and since 2015, the estate has been producing wines under the Thomas-Collardot label. With a focus on organic certification and sustainable winemaking practices, the estate produces wines that undergo slow elevage on lees with minimal new wood. The family aims to showcase the subtleties of Puligny-Montrachet’s terroirs through detailed, classic micro-cuvées.
