La Montagne du Scarabée Solera

La Grange de l’Oncle Charles, founded by Jérôme François and Morgane Stoquert in 2014, is a unique Alsace estate in Ostheim. Paying homage to Jérôme’s great uncle, the domaine began with small vineyard parcels and a rustic barn. Influenced by renowned Alsatian winemaker Marcel Deiss, the couple follows biodynamic principles, using horses and sheep to cultivate their 5.5 hectares of co-planted vines.

With vines of all ages thriving on diverse soils, their approach prioritizes respect for the ecosystem and sensitivity to the fruit. The result is a collection of elegant and distinctive wines that showcase the authenticity and character of Alsace.
