Pinot Noir Vie ordinaire

"This wine comes from two plots: a large plot in the heart of the historical hillside of the village, characterized by a very volcanic soil, and a small plot facing the rising sun, where there are remnants of volcanic bombs and blue marls. There is 10 to 12 days of maceration with whole bunches in large stainless steel tanks. Only pump-overs with a bucket are performed to wet the cap. The wine is aged for 12 months in a new oval foudre (50%) and in old barrels of 300 liters and 228 liters (50%), followed by 6 months in bottle. The wood does not impart any noticeable flavor. It comes from the Tronçais forest and has undergone a long drying process (36 to 48 months) with a very light toasting. Uninoculated - Unfined - Unfiltered. 1.5 g/hl at bottling."
