    L'Odyssée Pétillante is the cuvée that opened this new chapter, released vintage by vintage: Chapitre II is a 2023 blend of 50% Meunier, 40% Pinot Noir and 10% Chardonnay, aged a full year in barrel and disgorged in December 2025, entirely undosed. Ripe citrus, baked pear, white flowers, almond and crushed chalk, fine bubbles and a long, saline, energetic finish!
