Pommard En Bœuf

The grapes are planted in Pommard village on iron-rich clay-limestone soils, giving its wines a pronounced tannic structure and beautiful aromatic depth. After partial destemming, cold pre-fermentation maceration is carried out for several days to extract colour and aromas. The wine is aged in oak barrels for 12 months.
