Sacy Soeur & Frère
Based in the Grand Cru of Verzy, the Champagne Sacy Soeur & Frère estate is a Champagne house founded by Yaël and Jonathan Sacy. Taking over the family estate Louis de Sacy in 2018, these very talented winemakers aim to offer a contemporary and authentic interpretation of their terroirs. In 2021, they began the conversion to organic farming, with the first organic harvest in 2023. Their philosophy is based on letting their soils and vines live, with no treatment, thus emphasizing sustainable and environmentally friendly practices, very low intervention in the cellars, to offer the purest expression of their soils and especially the slightly underrated Grand Cru of Verzy. They have made a name for themselves in the champagne grower scene and are seen as one of the most promising winemakers to follow.
