Maison Pommier
Maison Pommier, located in Poinchy and run by Isabelle and Denis since 1990, began with 2 hectares of family land and now spans 23 hectares. After establishing their winery in 1994, they began crafting wines that reflect the unique terroir of Chablis and Petit Chablis. Over the years, the couple expanded their portfolio, including red wines from Irancy and Bourgogne Rouge and two Chablis Premier Cru parcels (Fourchaume and Beauroy). The Pommier family is committed to sustainable viticulture, farming organically without chemicals and using natural yeast whenever possible. Their wines showcase the distinctive Kimmeridgian soil, a unique mix of limestone, clay, and fossilized marine organisms, making each bottle a true expression of Chablis.
