Domaine Lippe-Boileau

Domaine Lippe-Boileau, located in Brochon between Gevrey Chambertin and Fixin, has been family-owned since 1820. The estate, now managed by Caroline Lippe and Julien Boileau, represents the 8th generation of Burgundian winemaking tradition. With 3 hectares of vines, mostly 70-year-old Pinot Noir, spread across 20 different parcels, the couple blends their deep respect for heritage with modern techniques to craft exceptional wines. The domaine’s distinct vision and focus on Pinot Noir make it one to watch as it grows in prominence within the Burgundy wine world.
