Dimitri Mesnard MS
Dimitri Mesnard, a Master Sommelier trained in the Loire Valley, returned to his roots in Quincy after a successful career in Michelin-starred restaurants and as an ambassador for Jackson Family Wines. Inheriting a small plot of Sauvignon Blanc in Brinay, he began crafting exceptional wines with his first vintage in 2018. Working closely with the Tatin family on vinification, Dimitri’s wines reflect the rich terroir of Quincy. With only 4500 bottles produced, his Sauvignon Blanc is a rare and refined gem, offering a unique expression of the Loire Valley’s south-west Sancerre region.
