Romain Henin, a new generation of Champagne growers from Aÿ in Marne Valley to watch ! He gradually set up his own domaine of 3 hectares since 2016 and has fully converted his family vineyard to biodynamic culture. Releasing the Gamin du Terroir with only 3000 bottles produced each vintage.
