Les Petites Vignes Puisieulx

The confidential one: massale-selection Pinot Noir planted in 1968–69 on the same east-facing plot, direct-pressed, fermented spontaneously and aged on lees in barrel without racking for at least eleven months, blending two to three harvests with the perpetual reserve. Intense gold, complex and vinous, tangy red fruits against candied fruit, with an iodine length and a refreshing touch of bitterness.
